RETURN POLICY

At Beauty in the Streets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your lash extension products, you can return them within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that all returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Qualifications:

Order must be purchased from beautyinthestreets502.com.
Products that are unused and unopened are eligible for a return.
No visible signs of use including lash glue or any discrepancy with the product.
Products must be in original packaging.
Final Sale Items can not be returned.

ORDER PROCESSING, CANCELLATIONS, & CHANGES

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

All continental US packages are shipped by our chosen carriers, UPS and USPS. Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days) and Priority Mail Express (1-2 Business Days) are shipped via USPS. For Next Day Air it is shipped via UPS. Note, Next Day Shipping Service requires a signature for release. Standard shipping options are delivered by USPS.

Beauty in the Streets is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. All issues must be resolved within 14 business days of original contact.

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Beauty in the Streets is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Beauty in the Streets has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.
